Can I modify or cancel my order?

Are your products really handmade?

What materials do you use?
We source high-quality, natural materials whenever possible. Our leather is premium full-grain and vegetable-tanned, designed to develop a rich patina over time. Our essential oils are pure, ethically sourced, and free from synthetic fillers.
Product Care
How do I care for my leather goods?
Vegetable-tanned leather is durable but appreciates a little care. We recommend conditioning it every 6-12 months with a high-quality leather balm (like Smith's Leather Balm). Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or soaking it in water. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally away from heat sources.
How should I store my handmade broom?
Never rest a natural broom on its bristles, as this can bend them over time. We recommend hanging it by the leather loop provided, or flipping it upside down if you need to lean it against a wall. This keeps the shape perfect for years of sweeping.

How long does detailed shipping take?
If your item is in stock, we ship within 2 business days. Because we are a small team, custom orders may take a bit longer. We will always provide you with a specific timeline when you place a custom order so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it! We want to ensure we can offer reliable tracking and reasonable rates before we launch worldwide shipping.

What is your return policy?
We have an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. We want you to love what you bought.
Do leather goods have a warranty?
Yes. All leather goods come with a lifetime repair warranty.
The warranty follows the item, not the owner - so if you pass it down or gift it, the new owner is covered too. If a stitch pops or a hardware piece fails, send it back to us. We will fix it for free, forever.

Do you store my payment information?
Absolutely not. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry leader in payments. We never see, touch, or store your credit card details.
Is my order information secure?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your order numbers are fully serialized and non-indexable, meaning no one can guess check your order status. We only collect the information absolutely necessary to ship your goods.
